I understand that the Sons of Norway district board, delegates, lodge member volunteers, and the hotel are not liable for the item(s) I am entering in the District Six Sons of Norway Folk Art Exhibition. However, the Folk Art Exhibition committee and volunteers will take reasonable care to protect items submitted for exhibition. I do hereby waive any claim for any damage, breakage, marring, scratching, or other losses which may occur to any item that I enter in the Folk Art Exhibition.
